The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541618 - Other Management Consulting Services, which has a size standard of Size Standard: $14 million in annual receipts is applicable. The contract type will be a firm fixed price, performance-based contract, The statutory authority for this non-competitive action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1).This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. Therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement.
