The HEB ISD Summer 2023 Large Equipment Bid is an All-Or-Nothing Bid, with ONE (1) Kitchen Equipment Contractor (KEC) being awarded the ENTIRE Bid. Sealed bids MUST be submitted 100% complete, with zero exclusions, per defined quantities and written specifications. Incomplete or tardy bids will not be considered. Kitchen Equipment Contractor (KEC) Bids MUST hold pricing until 8/31/2023.
