Over an 18-month period, Argonne National Laboratory will build, commission, and demonstrate a fully integrated medium- and heavy-duty vehicle chassis dynamometer. A dynamometer manufacturer will execute this project in four distinct, yet closely related tasks including dynamometer design (task 1), dynamometer construction (task 2), dynamometer shipment (task 3), and an optional task of dynamometer installation and commissioning (task 4).

If able to provide the requested services under the strict requirements stated in the Statement of Work and supporting documents, please submit a proposal, providing the below: 

• TECHNICAL PROPOSAL
• PRICE PROPOSAL
• ANL-70 Request for Quotation
• ANL-70B Representations and Certifications
• Price justification stated in ANL-70 RFQ
• Certificate of Insurance
• Written acceptance of the technical requirements listed in the Statement of Work, “Medium/Heavy-Duty 4-Wheel Drive Chassis Dynamometer" dated October 26, 2023
• Written acceptance and proof of the technical requirements listed in the Quality Assurance Procurement Requirements ANL-407
• Signed OCI Disclosure
• Signed Job Safety Analysis

This procurement is subject to the provisions of the Buy American Act, and domestic manufacturers using more that 60% domestic materials are preferred.
