This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has a requirement for one (1) heated and humidified incubator with the below required specifications. This requirement is set-aside for all responsible, responsive, and eligible small business entities. The NAICS code for this requirement is 339113 with a 500 employee size standard. The required delivery date is four to six weeks from date of award. This is a firm-fixed price requirement. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (sam.gov) prior to award. Please submit any questions regarding this notice by noon ET on Thursday, August 9, 2012. The required specifications are as follows:

Line 1 - 25 cu ft humidity chamber with elevated heat and 11,046.00 humidity. 10C above ambient to 50C, ambient to 98% RH, 115V, 60 Hz.

Line 2 - Condensate Recirculating System which acts as a water delivery system for humidified chambers. Utilizes chamber condensate and tap water, eliminating the need for a floor drain or a supply of distilled water.

Line 3 - Replacement filter kit for recirculator to include DI cartridge, carbon sediment filter, silver ion stick, and silicone grease

Line 4 - Wire Road Shelf Kit to replace standard shelving; includes five (4) stainless steel wire rod shelves

Line 5 - Hanging Rods/Clips (Set of 3 hanging clips and 9 evidence clips; Rods and shelves mount to same shelf track and cannot be used simultanelously for a given shelf location

Line 6 - Installation and set-up/start-up equipment at zip code 94598 to include
