This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of Intent.  The Health Readiness Contracting Office, Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award a Single-Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract with firm-fixed priced task orders on behalf of Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center (DDEAMC), Fort Gordon, Georgia for healthcare environmental cleaning and related services. 

The services have been determined to be commercial in nature.  The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561720-Janitorial Services and the small business size standard is $19.5 million.

This requirement will be awarded using competitive procedures and will be procured as a 100% 8(a) Set-Aside.  The solicitation W81K04-21-R-0021, will be issued as a Request for Proposal on or about 20 August 2021 and will be posted electronically on the System for Award Management Website (https://sam.gov).  No hard copies will be made available.

Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.  All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the Agency.  All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal in response to the solicitation once posted, must have a Commercial and Government Entity code and be registered in the System for Award Management database.  The website for registration is https://sam.gov.
