The purpose of this fixed price contract is The Contractor shall provide Health Insurance Coverage for the Locally Employed staff members and their dependents at the U.S. Embassy in the Kingdom of Bahrain:

The Contractor shall complete all work, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services, unless otherwise specified herein, required under this contract for stated services within the time specified herein.  The contractor shall furnish all administrative support necessary to accomplish the work in this contract.  The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government.  All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
