CITY OF LAKE WALES, FLORIDA REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS PROFESSIONAL PLANNING SERVICES RELATED TO THE HEADWORKS MODIFICATION RFQ# 24-549 In accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 287.055 Consultant's Competititve Negotiations Act (CCNA), the City Commissioners, Lake Wales, Florida, is soliciting Requests for Qualifications for: PROFESSIONAL PLANNING SERVICES RELATED TO THE HEADWORKS MODIFICATIONS At 10:00 A.M., Prevailing time on Thursday, April 25, 2024 in the City Commission Chambers at the Municipal Administration Building, 201 W. Central Ave., Lake Wales, Florida, and submittals will be opened and read aloud. Interested firms shall submit three (3) original proposals and one (1) electronic copy in PDF format in a sealed enclosure bearing the label found on page 2 of this request by 10:00 a.m. Prevailing time on Thursday, April 25, 2024. Pre-Bid Conference There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit held on Monday, April 8, 2024 at 9:30 AM in the City Commission Chambers: 201 W Central Avenue, Lake Wales, Florida, 33853.
