The Work for this Contract involves the construction of a new headworks with metal building and the widening of the existing lagoon dike, together with all other Work required to complete the Project as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. Sealed Bids for the described Project will be received by the City of La Grande, Oregon, at the office of Kyle Carpenter, Public Works Director, at 800 X Avenue, La Grande, Oregon 97850, until 2:00 p.m., local time, March 7, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law.
