The scope of work for this project includes but not limited to the removal, replacement, and new installation of drain lines, drain trenches, grating, manhole installation and epoxy coating in two separate locations in the Headworks Facility at the Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facility (RWRF). The first location is the Grit Bay; work in this area shall include, demo existing floor of trench drain, formwork for new trench slope, epoxy coating, installation of stainless steel drains, demolition of concrete for installation of ABS piping, concrete finishing, and the installation of a new epoxy coated manhole. The second location is the Chemical Room. Work in the Chemical Room includes removing existing cleanout and drains indicated on the plans, saw cutting and forming trenches to be coated with epoxy, installing drain channels and abs pipe, installing a 4” drain and connecting to the existing 4” drain line as indicated on the plans. All work shall include all associated facilities, appurtenances, and incidentals, as shown on the plans, in conformance with the provisions in the specifications, and as directed by the Engineer.
