The Army Contracting Command - Redstone has a sole source requirement for non-recurring engineering to consolidate the modification work orders (MWOs), drawing packages, publications and provisioning data for the Advanced Sight Display and Computer (ASDC) Obsolescence and Heads Up Display and Tracking System (HDTS) installation kits.

Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) this proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intents to solicit and negotiate with only one source: Booz Allen Hamilton, 8283 Greensboro Drive, McLean, Virginia 22101-3820, CAGE Code: 17038.  Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposal.  This notice is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES.  However, all proposals received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
