The resulting contract will perform preventive maintenance on one (1) gov't owned model HDI 4000 ATL Ultrasound unit, serial number A2B000371. Located in the Ob/Gyn Clinic, 3rd floor, A-wing. Commencing 08 Oct 01 to 09 Sep 30, with two (2) option years. Sole source determination is based on the need to meet and maintain ATL's equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's standards.
