The City of West Palm Beach is accepting bids from qualified and responsible Contractors to furnish and assume full responsibility for all labor, material, construction equipment and machinery, transportation, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities and all other facilities and incidentals necessary, including supervision, servicing, taxes, bonds and insurance, permitting fees, traffic control, security, miscellaneous costs, warranties, general conditions, overhead and profit to perform the work of the Construction of a new HCD Community Center including sidewalks, parking lot, landscaping, lighting, and utility work as described in the Construction Drawings. Funds for this project are derived from federal grants and therefore the successful Contractor must comply with federal guidelines. The federal funds are appropriated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) and the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). The successful Contractor shall be obligated to comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations and requirements.
