The Little Rock Fire Department is soliciting pricing for physicals for the LRFD Hazmat and bomb Squad members. Approximately 40 physicals for the Hazmat team and 3 physicals for the Bomb Squad team will be performed each year. The contract will be good for one (1) year with the option to renew for an additional two (2) years if agreeable between the successful vendor and the LRFD. Procedures to be included in each examination is listed on the specification document.
