Phase 1 of this project will construct approximately 3.4 miles of new fiber optic conduit by underground directional drilling and installation of fiber optic cable innerduct, fiber optic cabling, splice vaults, splice boxes and perform other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, Standard Specifications or the project Special Provisions.
