The work consists, in general, of installing reinforced concrete box concrete over existing open channel sections of Sulphur Creek at certain locations, drainage and grading of infield areas and related improvements and performing other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, and as specified in the Standard Specifications or these Special Provisions.
