The City of Steamboat Springs is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide design and construction services at the Haymaker Golf Course, in Steamboat Springs CO. The project will include the renovation and expansion of the upper Driving Range tee box. The project will generally consist of the removal and replacement of the existing upper Driving Range tee box sod, earthwork and hauling to the Driving Range tee box extension areas, shaping and extending mounds that were used to harvest native soil, laser leveling tee extensions, raising and lowering existing irrigation lines and heads, and sodding the upper Driving Range tee box and extensions.
