Intent to Sole Source Notice
The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action with Progressive Industries Inc. for the procurement of the following commodities:

HASOS High Altitude Oxygen Systems manufactured by Summit Oxygen

0001 - NEW-2.8LTR CARBON COMPOSITE OXYGEN CYLINDER WITH INTEGRATED OXYGEN REGULATOR - QTY 24 EA

0002 - OXYGEN HASOS SYSTEM,CONSISTING OF 1-PULSE DOSE METER C/W CHEST POUCH ANDBATTERIES, 1-CONNECTING HOSE, 2-SILICONE NASAL CANULAE, 1-FACEMASK - QTY 24 EA

The Sole Source Justification will be posted within 10 days from time of award.

This requirement is conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to object the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply as described above. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion for the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The 355th Contracting Office will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
