The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order with Delex Systems, Incorporated under BOA N00019-09-G-0002. This firm fixed price delivery order will provide for the the Taiwan Navy (TN) Sea Dart Tactical Training Analyses Support under the subject BOA. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. GENERAL INFORMATION: Delex Systems, Inc. is the sole designer, developer, and producer of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Harpoon Weapon System (HWS) tactical employment training and has individually tailored training systems to specific FMS customer requirements and needs.
