The Naval Air Systems Command, Precision Strike Weapons - PMA-201, intends to award a sole source contract to The Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO, for the acquisition of Harpoon Initial Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Sea Dart Submarine Encapsulated (ENCAP) Block II Weapon System Support and Classroom Training for the Taiwan Navy. This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order against Blanket Ordering Agreement N00019-11-G-0001 will be issued. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
