Note that this is a Special Notice, not a request for proposal (RFP). The purpose of this Special Notice is to solicit industry comments on the draft Statement of Work for the possible implementation of the activity entitled "Harnessing Bosnia and Herzegovina Diaspora for Economic Development".
The United States Government represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), hereby issues a draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the prospective activity entitled Harnessing Bosnia and Herzegovina Diaspora for Economic Development. This draft SOW is distributed for industry comments on the content of the attached document. The information USAID is seeking is as follows:

To assist in the efficiency of this process, please consider the following in preparation:
- Please ensure comments are concise and specific to information included within the draft SOW;
- Please ensure submitted comments make specific reference to page and section numbers.
- USAID does not seek questions at this time, only comments.

Comments are welcome from the date of release of this Special Notice on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) through June 11, 2016, 9:00 a.m EST. Interested parties may submit more than one set of comments, if appropriate. On the subject line of your email, kindly state "Harnessing Bosnia and Herzegovina Diaspora for Economic Development - Requested Comment/s on SOW".
Please note that USAID is not seeking technical or cost proposals at this time. Do not submit any proposal. Only the information requested above will be considered. Issuance of this notice does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the Government, nor does it commit the Government to pay for any costs incurred in the preparation of comments.
