Gas tank estimated at 30 gallons. Propeller aluminum, good condition. Spare prop that needs tuned. Fiberglass hull. Minor leaks coming from windows & decks that need resealed. Interior needs cleaned & repaired, cushions and fabrics need replaced. No trailer. Old batteries removed and replaced with new batteries, two of them. Fresh fuel, filled to about ¾ tank, new fuel filter and turned it over, and it fired right up. Tested the forward and reverse and it all worked. tested the steering as well and it’s working great too. Harbor requires that the awarded winner have 30 days to remove from property or launch and motor it out of the harbor 3 times under its own power. The interior is a little thrashed and needs new bedding and cushions throughout. Note that the owner will have 30 days to get the stands back to the harbor and provide their own sailboat stands, understand that there are fees for those stands for those 30 days and any days they fall delinquent.
