1. This acquisition, for the Hangar Door Repair/Refurbish, will be a Total Small Business set aside. It will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract (FFP) and awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. This acquisition is being synopsized under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238290; all other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The small business size standard is $15,000,000.00.

2. The work requirements to be performed by the contractor consists of, but are not limited to, all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and all other necessary items to repair broken hangar door pulley system and replace bent/missing panels at bldg. 4225; and provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and all other necessary items to refurbish hangar door at bldgs 4312 and 4315, Dyess AFB TX, 79606.

3. Place of Performance: Bldgs. 4225, 4312 and 4315, Dyess AFB TX, 79606.

4. Period of Performance and Magnitude: 90 Days ADC, and between $250,000 and $500,000.
