Hanel Rotomat Maintenance This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Hanel Rotomat Maintenance prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.102 (g) and in the format in Subpart 12.60, and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference number is:B-08-10450 and is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26 dated June 12, 2008. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811212, and the small business size standard is $25 million. This procurement is restricted to small business, allowing only small businesses to submit quotations unless the small business community is unable to provide the entire requirement. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is soliciting quotations for maintenance of 4 (EA) model Rotomat 700, S/N 128.279/2-3, 128.279/1-3, 128.279/3-3, 700/129.575. Maintenance Requirements are as follows: 1. The contractor will inspect, clean all mechanical or operative parts, lubricate and make ordinary adjustments on each machine at least quarterly 2. FISD will also require the vendor to keep 2 arms for machine, S/N128.279 3-3, in stock at all times and the repair personnel to be in the facility within 24 hours of any service call. Contractor verification to FISD of receipt of any service call is required within 4 hours of the initial service call. 3. All parts, labor and travel will be covered under the scope of the agreement. 4. Please include 2 years of option year pricing in proposal. The contractor shall provide fixed-prices for each deliverable. Quotations must be received by the Office of Personnel Management no later than Sept. 26, 2008.
