Due to the Covid 19 virus emergency the Purchasing Department will not allow the public to enter the Purchasing Office effective April 13, 2020. We are still issuing bids and contracts for City, County and PBC projects without interruptions. We ask that you follow these recommendations to submit bids, ask questions or submit documents until further notice: 1. Bidders must submit bids from personal computers, or public computers at locations that are open for business. Computers are not available at the Purchasing Office. 2. Vendors are strongly encouraged to attach bid bonds to their bid in the Response Attachment section. Original bid bonds are to be mailed to the Purchasing Office within 3 days of bid close. 3. If you must drop off a bid bond, insurance, or other documents, a drop box will be located at the Purchasing Office where there is no exposure to the staff or public. 4. Refer to all other instructions associated with the bid documents which are attached to the Ebid system to ensure you have completed all requirements.
