Synopsis of Requirement:

This solicitation is being issued as 100% total small business set-aside. The solicitation is for CED 4HW1 Hand Wrapper, one roll to be delivered to commissaries located in CONUS, OCONUS, Alaska and Hawaii.

A firm fixed price, requirements contract is contemplated. Equipment consists of CED 4HW1 Hand Wrapper, one roll. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about January 15, 2021 with a tentative closing date of February 16, 2021. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation to include listing NAICS Code 333241 in the database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation. All responsible business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
