The item being procured is a Hammer and Hammer Pin, NSN 1005-01-134-3630 for an estimated quantity of 31064 ea for shipment to various stock locations. 
Item is being procured in accordance with 19200 12993884 and all current related data.
Delivery required is for 7766 ea to be delivered in 320 days with each additional 3883 ea every 30 days thereafter.
FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin.
All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested persons may identify to the contractor officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. 
While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance.

This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract (Long Term Contract) with one base year and 4 option years which may be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
