Halon 2402 Reclamation

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  The solicitation number SP4703-14-Q-0042 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and attached to this notice.  This is a firm-fixed price award.  This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small businesses.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325120.  The small business size standard is 1000 employees.  Partial proposals will not be accepted.  Pricing for all line items as well as the delivery terms must be submitted with the quote. 

This requirement is to provide Halon 2402 Reclamation service to DoD ODS Reserve Program Office, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297.  Refer to the Statement of Work attached for further details.

Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirement stated in the Statement of Work and the solicitation. 

The contractor must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to award.  If not already registered in CCR and ORCA, go to System for Award Management (SAM) website www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote.
