This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Illinois Air National Guard - Springfield IL, to identify potential souces for hail guards.  This is a Small Business Set-Aside. This is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement.  The 183d Wing, is requesting information, pursuant to FAR PART 10, in support of Market Research to identify potential sources for hail guards.

Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to provide hail guards as defined in the Statement of Work dated 27 June 2018.

The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 238220, which has a corresponding Size Standard of $15.0M. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Businesses 8(a)s, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Hub zone Businesses, and Women-Owned Small Businesses are encouraged to submit responses. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code.
