The Air Force District Washington Contracting Directorate (AFDW/PK) has exercised FAR Clause 52.217-8 Extension of Services, on GSA Task Order FA7014-10-F-A093, for HAF/A9 Force Structure Support and Modeling Services, awarded to ManTech SRS Technologies Inc.  As a result, AFDW/PK has issued a modification on the GSA Task Order FA7014-10-F-A093 to extend services using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Limited Sources; "Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized".  The total extension of services hereunder shall not exceed 6 months.
