The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to award a sole source purchase order to ThermoFisher Scientific for the Haake Mars Rheometer. This equipment includes plates, concentric cylinders, circulator for temperature control, support, the training and measuring cell for cement. The Rheomether will be used for Future development of cementitious paste compatibility test. ThermoFisher Scifientific is the manufacturer & the only known source for this product. This is a Simplified Acquisiton and the anticipated award date is on or about July 18, 2008.
