Applicable NAICS Code is 541350 with a size standard of $8 million. Classification code is H999. Contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, weights, personnel/labor, and technical supervision necessary to perform annual safety tests and semiannual inspections on eighteen (18) elevators, two (2) dumbwaiters, and two (2) ADA lifts located in various buildings at Hampton VAMC.
