This request is solely for the purpose of conducting market research to enhance VHA s understanding of the market s offered products, services and capabilities. The Government will not pay any costs for responses submitted in response to this Sources Sought. This notice provides an opportunity for respondents to submit information in the form of a capability response that addresses the specific requirement identified in this Sources Sought. Responses to this sources sought notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate determinations about potential sources only. No solicitation is currently available at this time. After review of the responses to this sources sought announcement a synopsis and/or solicitation announcement may be published at a later time. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain market knowledge of potential small business sources and their size classifications; HUBZone, 8(a), Small Disadvantage Business, Woman Owned Business, Veteran Owned Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business relative to NAICS Code 238220, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning Contractor, with a small business size standard not to exceed $19,000,000.00 gross annual receipts. Responses to this notice shall include company name, address, point of contact, size of business under NAICS code 238220, a capability statement and responses to the following questions: 1) Is your business a small business under NAICS code 238220? 2) Are you a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned business? Please indicate if you are: a non-profit entity, small disadvantaged business, Section 8(a) small business, woman-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, or a HUBZone small business. Please provide a capability statement addressing your organization s ability to perform as a prime contractor the work described in the Attached Draft PWS.
