The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to find qualified vendors and to assist Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 in determining if a future contract effort can be competitively awarded. The Hampton VA Medical Center (VAMC) has a requirement for Under Ground Storage Tanks (UST), located at 1oo Emancipation Drive, Hampton VA 23667. Contractor shall test, inspect and conduct emergency repairs as necessary on an annual and triennial basis to remain in compliance with 9VAC25-580 regulations for all Underground Storage Tanks (UST) onsite. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this effort is 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services with the Size Standard of $19.0 million. If the Government determines there are qualified vendors for this requirement, a solicitation will be published and posted on the Contracting Opportunities website. The Government will use this information solely to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for this procurement.
