Notice of Intent to Sole Source This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source the following requirement. The VA Maryland Health Care System (VAMHCS) requires preventative maintenance on an Agilent 1260 Infinity II LC system for its research and development (R&D) service core laboratory. The LC system is fully automated to operate with an operating pressure of up to 600 bar, has Quaternary Pump (up to 10 mL/min) perfectly supports standard and semi-preparative applications, with Agilent s unique dual-needle design, which allows to run samples alternately through one or the other injection path. Cycle times can be reduced to mere seconds, virtually eliminating conventional wait times whether for large volume loadings or flushing procedures. The contractor will provide service and maintenance to the Agilent 1260 Infinity II LC system with: G7111B - 1260 Infinity II Quaternary Pump, maximum pressure 600bar. Includes quaternary pump with integrated 4-channel degassing unit, column, connecting capillaries, solvent cabinet, solvent bottles and CAN cable G7167A - 1260 Infinity II Multisampler up to 600 bar for well plates and individual sample containers. Includes 1 sample drawer, 2x 54-vial containers, a needle flush port, 100 uL metering device and loop. G7116A - 1260 Infinity II Multicolumn Thermostat MCT G7115A - 1260 Infinity II Diode array detector WR G1364F - 1260 Infinity II Analytical Fraction Collector maximum rate up to 10 mL/min M8307AA - OpenLab ChemStation Right-to-Copy PC. Bundle includes core license and PC. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT). Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization). This is not a request for proposals. This notice does not represent a commitment by the government to pay for costs incurred from the preparation and/or submission of data in response to this notice. Written responses to this Notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement.
