Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is contemplating award of a sole source purchase order to Knudsen Systems, Inc., 1 Bridge Plaza, Ogdensburg, NY 13669 for technical refresh & repair services to 320N Knudsen Fathometers under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. The procurement will be firm-fixed price. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Reference solicitation number N00253-12-T-0159. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Responses to this notice must be received by 2:00 pm pacific standard time on 11 June 2012. Responses shall be submitted via email to [email protected]. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
