NA The U.S. Army and Aviation and Missile Command, on behalf of the Product Manager for Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), proposes to acquire by other than full and open competition from Wyle Laboratories, 7800 Highway 20 West, Huntsville, AL 35807-7777 services for the testing of environmental and electromagnetic interference (EMI) testing (1) Vibration Management Enhancement Program Plus (VMEP +) system, (1) Advanced Heads Up Display (AHUD) Signal Data Converter (SDC) and (1) Flight Data Rec order/Cockpit Voice Recorder (FDR/CVR). The systems/units will be provided as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). See numbered note 22.
