Special Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, Portland, Oregon intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to ECRI Institute 5200 Butler Pike Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462. This proposed action is for SELECTPlus, Alerts Tracker Devices, and HTAIS Alerts Tracker Notifications for the period of 8/1/2013 - 7/31/2014 with four 1-year options for Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 20. The VA intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.303-2 and FAR 13.501 .
