Contractor shall take possession of approximately 5,851 filled containers of various sizes of Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) products stored at DDRV, Richmond, VA. Work shall be accomplished in four distinct segements.1. Transportation of Product to the Destruction/Conversion Facility. 2. Destruction/Conversion Trial and Analysis. 3. Physical Destruction/Conversion of the remaining ODS quantities. 4. Destruction/Conversion verification/certification Report.
