The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Hays Cleveland. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Hays Cleveland for labor, tools and calibration to perform Boiler Tunings and programming of Boiler Controls located at the Topeka and Leavenworth, KS VA Medical Centers.
