This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-10-Q-0704 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43, Defense Circular Number 20100908, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2010-0903. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 423220

DESCRIPTION:

0001 -1 EA: Gymnasium divider curtain as manufactured by Spalding (or equal), elecrically operated, direct attachment to truss
0002 - 1 EA: Uninstallation and removal of old gym divider curtain
0003 - 1 EA: Installation of new curtain (request site visit for contractor to determine dimensions) (see attached PWS for further details)

All equal items will be evaluated by the customer for technical capability/acceptability

A site visit is mandatory and will be conducted on Friday, 24 Sep 10 at 2:00 PM Tucson, AZ, local time. All interested vendors must be at the Craycroft Gate visitor's center no later than 1:50 Tucson, AZ, local time. Please email A1C Tyler C. Walker at [email protected] with names of those planning to attend by Thursday, 23 Sep 10 5:00 PM Tucson, AZ, local time. Also, bring a valid Government issued ID in addition to vehicle registration.

Shipping will be FOB Destination to 6006 Quijota Blvd BLDG 6000, DMAFB AZ 85707 please include an ESTIMATED DATE OF DELIVERY/INSTALLATION ARO.
