THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY

The Carl D. Perkins Job Corps, operated by Horizons Youth Services, is requesting proposals for the construction of gymnasium bleachers.  Construction Agreement and Scope of Work are attached.  Davis-Bacon clause will apply to this subcontract. 

A pre-bid walk-though is scheduled for Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 1:00 pm EST.  Although it is not required, attendance is recommended.  Deadline for bids will be Monday, December 10, 2012 at 4:00 pm EST.
