The purpose of this amendment is to attach revised questions and answers.  Questions were submitted before the deadline, but were not included due to an error.  The revised questions and answers prompted a revision (deletion of one sentence) to the Specification; a revised Specifciation dated 9-10-15 is attached.  The government is not anticipating any extension to the closing date.
