THIS IS AN INFORMATION NOTICE ONLY -- NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS NOTIFICATION. This is an announcement that the Government intends to exercise an option against existing Contract Number HC1019-11-P-2041 for continued GW SimpexGrinnell IAVA & STIG Maintenance support. The total amount of the option is $38,714.43 covering the period 26 September 2015 through 25 September 2016.

CLAUSES INCORPORATED BY FULL TEXT:

52.217-9 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT (MAR 2000)

(a) The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within 15 days; provided that the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 30 days before the contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension.

(b) If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be considered to include this option clause.

(c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed 60 months.

MODIFICATION P00005

•1. The Government hereby exercises Option Period Four: 26 September 2015 through 25 September 2016, in accordance with FAR 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (MAR 2000).

•2. Contract Line Item Number 4001 is hereby exercised.

•3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
