Sealed bids for construction of Guyton LAS Sprayfield Improvements Project will be received until July 11th, 2024, 11 AM at the City of Guyton City Hall at 310 Central Boulevard, Guyton, Georgia 31312 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The work shall consist of furnishing all products and equipment and performing all labor necessary to perform the following: Sprayfield improvements including, but not limited to, installation of approximately 4,975 LF of 12¿ PVC, 985 LF of 8¿ PVC, 1,065 LF of 6¿ PVC, 1,450 LF of 4¿ PVC, 4,470 LF of 3¿ PVC, and 13,880 LF of 2¿ sewer forcemain and sprinklers. Forcemain installation method will be open cut installation. The project will also consist of sediment control and grassing. Time allotted for completion of work is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents are on file at Parker Engineering, LLC.
