This notice is to announce 2 NSNS being solicited.  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice.  The solicitation number is SPM7LX-12-X-0044 and is issued as Request For Quote(RFQ).  The solicitation is available via the DSCC Website address(URL) is https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/.

An Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order(IDPO) with one base year and one option year is anticipated. 

Estimated annual demand quantity(ADQ) is 3,203 each for NSN 1005-01-033-1523 and 934 each for NSN 1030-01-408-3578.  The ADQ represents an estimate only and not a guaranteed amount.  Multiple delivery orders may be written against the basic contract for a maximum of two years.  Solicitation will be issued as "100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-aside" and as "Full and Open after Exclusion of Sources".

The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 1005-01-033-1523 ,nomenclature is Pin, Firing and NSN 1030-01-408-3578 ,nomenclature is Flash, Suppressor.

Various incremental quantities will be solicited.  Deliveries will be various DLA stocking locations within and outside of the continental United States.  While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
