Project consists of furnishing and placing seed, mulch and tackifier by hydraulic method for 50 feet on either side of Forest Service roads for a total distance of 6 miles. Project is located on the South Fork Management Unit of the Shasta-Trinity National Forest, Shasta County, California. Price range is $100,000 to $250,000. Contract time will be 30 calendar days with an estimated start date of October 1, 2009. Solicitation will be a Request for Proposal requiring both a price and technical proposal responding to the criteria as outlined in the solicitation.
