NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE CONTRACT
The 90th Contracting Squadron at F.E. Warren AFB, WY, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to the Wyoming Department of Military, on a single source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The 90th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for the lodging of students attending formal training courses at Camp Guernsey, WY (and for any distinguished visitors) along with WiFi to enable students to complete assignments pertaining to their courses. As Government Regulations require Government lodging to be used when available, this makes the Wyoming Department of Military the only vendor available for award since they are the only Government lodging vendor in Camp Guernsey, WY.
NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE
The intended procurement is classified under NAICS code 721110 with a Size Standard $32.5 Million NO Set-Aside.
REGULATORY AUTHORITY
The resultant contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-100.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within four days of the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish bona fide capability (i.e. unit price, list price, shipping and handling costs, the delivery period after contract award, the prompt payment discount terms, the F.O.B. Destination, the Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and the certification of business size) to meet the requirement will be considered by the 90th Contracting Squadron.

A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the 90th Contracting Squadron. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
