The 802d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order to David Allen Company, 407 F Bryant Cir, Ojai, CA 93023-9342 for the purchase of the "Getting Things Done: Mastering Workflow" seminar. David Allen Company is the proprietary vendor and sole distributor of this seminar service. The proposed contract action is for a service in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may indentify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes received by 19 Dec 2012, 8:00AM CST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
