Work to Be Done: The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the proposed Georgia State Patrol Aviation Hangar as shown on the construction drawings. In general, construction consists of grading, drainage, base and paving, the construction of a 100¿ x 100¿ hanger with offices, sleeping quarters, hanger bay, 100¿ x 120¿ concrete slab with associated electrical, mechanical, and plumbing fixtures and other associated items required for the complete project. This work will be awarded in one (1) contract with a 365 consecutive calendar day construction schedule.
