The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Sole Source award using other than full and open competition procedures to GSL Solutions. GSL solutions has sole source and proprietary rights to the GSL systems, software, and equipment already in place at WAMC. This solicitation is expected to result in the award of a firm-fixed price contract. The resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial services. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The NAICS for this requirement is 811219. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The requirement includes one GSL IntelliSys Will Call Management Operating System Enterprise Plus STD located at the Main Pharmacy Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310; one each GSL IntelliSys Will Call Management Operating System Enterprise Plus SPE located at the WAMC Pharmacy Annex, Robinson Clinic, and Byars Clinic; 19 GSL Four Drawer IntelliCabs distributed among the Main Pharmacy, WAMC Pharmacy Annex, Robinson Clinic and Byars clinic; one GSL IntelliSys Will Call Management Operating System Enterprise Plus SPE located at Joel Clinic and one GSL IntelliSys Will Call Management Operating System Enterprise Plus SPE located at Clark Clinic; 7 GSL Four Drawer IntelliCabs distributed among Joel Clinic and Clark Clinic. Premium Level includes maintenance and servicing for all components of the GSL IntelliCab Will Call Prescription Management System, all calls and on-site support, periodic updates and upgrades to the latest release of the GSL IntelliSys Operating System. This solicitation is expected to result in the award of a firm-fixed price contract.
